During setup you install the Catalog Kiosk app (Wondersign) from the Shopify App Store. Help Center install steps may still say “Wondersign Catalog Kiosk.” The marketing product name remains Shopify Connector.

For Giga SKUs sold through Shopify Online Checkout, the order can sync into Wonder (CAM), and after you bind your own Giga B2B account, Wonder can push that order to GigaCloud for purchase and fulfillment.

Honest limits
This order path is for Giga SKUs after account binding. The connector does not automatically sync all Shopify orders or customer data. What ships today is the Giga-scoped order path after binding; broader Shopify order sync is outside this product. Binding is required for the Giga path. Cancels and refunds may need action in both Wonder and GigaCloud. GigaCloud handles purchase and fulfillment for bound Giga orders. Manufacturer inventory is available from select vendors. Inventory sync is one-way into Shopify’s default location. Collection and tag management settings can overwrite merchant merchandising if set aggressively; choose sync modes carefully.

Yes, if you choose to allow it. In Wonder, open the connector’s Sync Management settings, turn on Enable Inventory Levels Management, and set Continue selling when out of stock to Yes. Shopify then accepts orders at zero stock. However, expected availability dates do not carry over to Shopify, so add your own back-in-stock note in your theme. Step-by-step settings are also in the Sync Management guide.
Yes. STORIS connects to your Wonder account, and Wonder then syncs that inventory to your Shopify store. However, the STORIS integration covers inventory only. Because Wonder only reads from STORIS and sends nothing back, the STORIS Basic (read-only) API bundle is enough. When you request access, confirm with STORIS that it includes Authentication, Locations, Vendors, and Inventory. Then enter your credentials in Wonder under Integrations. The STORIS setup guide also shows where to find your username and secret.
Use the Wonder Data API. It gives your developers raw product data, pricing, and real-time inventory (local, plus manufacturer where available) for a website, an internal POS system, or other tools. Standard Data API access covers one URL and up to 10,000 visits per month. To get started, create a user with Data API (Read Only) access in Wonder and generate an API key. If you sell on BigCommerce or WooCommerce instead, the connectors hub lists ready-made options.
